Hiring the right staff is the key component to ensuring a wonderful camp experience for our campers. We are looking for staff members who LOVE kids and who are excited and passionate about spending their summer with our campers, enabling them to develop self confidence and independence, forge lifelong friendships and create lifelong memories. 

Being a strong staff member requires a tremendous amount of energy, spirit, caring, sensitivity and patience. Staff members will have an opportunity to have a significant positive impact on the growth and development of their campers. We expect our staff members to commit their best efforts to making camp an incredible experience for their campers and we will be there to support them in achieving this goal. We are looking for only the best staff, and as such, have staff members from across the US, Canada, England, France, and Israel.

Every staff member is required to participate in our pre- camp orientation and ongoing training throughout the summer. Our team of trained professionals provide our staff with the tools and insights necessary to make a powerful impact on our campers.
